First we have to find the midpoint... $M=\frac{(-2+(-2),-2+(-3))}{2}$ $M=\frac{(-4,-5))}{2}$ $\boxed{\boxed{M=(-2,-\frac{5}{2})}}$ now we have to use this formula $m=\frac{\Delta y}{\Delta x}$ $m=\frac{2-(-\frac{5}{2})}{(2-(-2))}$ $m=\frac{\frac{9}{2}}{4}$ $\boxed{\boxed{m=\frac{9}{8}}}$ now we use $y-y_o=m*(x-x_o)$ $(x_o,y_o)=(2,2)$ $y-2=\frac{9}{8}*(x-2)$ $y=\frac{9}{8}*x-\frac{9}{4}+2$ $\boxed{\boxed{\boxed{y=\frac{9}{8}*x-\frac{1}{4}}}}$
