Well, you must know your own mass. Assuming that, you get [latex]G = m ( g + a) \\ G' = m g \\ G - G' = 13 \\ m ( g + a - g ) = 13 \\ a = \frac{13}{m}[/latex] So, the acceleration is 13 divided by your own mass.
